Error Code:[0x9111] ERROR LEAK DETECTED

Error Message: Pump: The pumping was stopped because the leak sensor detected a leak. Check leakage from the flow line and wipe off any liquid.

Solvent delivery was stopped because leakage was detected in the solvent delivery pump.
 
«Countermeasure»
Inspect the tubing connections and other areas of flow channels for leakage and wipe off any liquid from around the leak sensor.
