Error Code:[0x00C4] ERR BG1 TOO HIGH

Error Message: Ch1 background is too high.

Answer

«Main Cause»
GAIN1/GAIN2 was set to 1 and the background level exceeded 100μScm-1 when autozero was performed. GAIN1/GAIN2 should be 2 or larger if background is more than 100μScm-1.
 
«Countermeasure»
Set GAIN1/GAIN2 to 2 or higher.
