Error Message: Abnormal high temperature is detected inside the instrument.

Answer

«Main Cause»
(1) The suction filter on the back of the instrument is clogged.
(2) Malfunction inside the instrument.
 
«Countermeasure»
(1) If the filter is clogged, replace the filter.
(2)Turn the power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
