«Main Cause»
Probable causes are the W lamp connector is not connected, or the W lamp malfunctioned.
 
«Countermeasure»
Check the W lamp connections. Check the total operating time of the lamp, and replace the lamp. If this does not remedy the problem, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
