Answer

«Main Cause»
Probable causes are the D2 lamp connector is not connected, the D2 lamp malfunctioned, or the lighting circuit malfunctioned.
 
«Countermeasure»
Check the D2 lamp connections. Check the total operating time of the lamp, and replace the lamp.
