Answer

«Main Cause»
Ethernet communication with the CBM timed out.
 
«Countermeasure»
Check the network environment. Turn the power of PDA detector and CBM OFF once and turn it ON again.
If the error persists, turn the power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
