Error Message: The vacuum line of the on-line degasser is in occur of defective airtightness.

Answer

«Main Cause»
The abnormality of the vacuum pressure of the on-line degasser connect to this instrument will display for a certain time of time. Check the vacuum pressure of the online degasser.
 
«Countermeasure»
When the vacuum pressure is [NG], turn off the power and then power it in again. When the vacuum pressure is set to [OK], the on-line degasser has returned to auto, so there is no problem.
