Error Message: Solvent delivery unit: Fluid leak detected.

Detection of fluid leak due to pump X.
 
«Countermeasure»
Inspection the leak place of flow line, etc., and wipe off the fluid around the leak sensor. If there is no leakage of fluid, the sensitivity adjustment of the sensor is inconvenient. Adjustment the sensitivity of leak sensor according to instruction manual.
