Error Code:[0x8551] ERR LEAK DETECT

Error Message: Liquid leak detection occurred due to the liquid leak sensor on the side of the high-pressure valve.

«Main Cause»
(1) Leak sensor was detected leakage.
(2) Sensor is too sensitive.
 
«Countermeasure»
(1) Inspect the leakage from the flow line. Wipe out spilled liquid after fixing the leakage.
(2) Adjust the leak sensor actuation level.
