An sealing ability error occurred in the vacuum flow path of the degassing unit.
 
«Countermeasure»
Check the vacuum pressure of the degassing unit. If the vacuum pressure is "Fail", turn the power of the degassing unit [OFF] and then [ON] again in the method parameters. If the vacuum pressure is "OK", the degassing unit has automatically recovered and there is no problem.
