The front panel of the autosampler may not be attached correctly.
Alternatively, the sensor that detects the position of the front panel is malfunctioning.
 
«Countermeasure»
First, check whether the front panel is attached correctly.
If the error is not resolved, press the (power switch) to turn the power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
