«Main Cause»
There is a liquid leak from the high pressure valve, or from a unit positioned above the high pressure value (column oven or detector, etc.).
 
«Countermeasure»
Inspect the liquid leak from the high pressure valve, or from a unit positioned above the high pressure value (column oven or detector, etc.), and wipe away any liquid from around the leak sensor.
