Error Message: The detector cell temperature does not lower to the set temperature.

«Main Cause»
The temperature control cell temperature does not lower to the set temperature even after 5 minutes have elapsed.
 
«Countermeasure»
Set the [Cell Temperature] settings in the method parameters to a higher setting.
Change the cell temperature to a setting higher than room temperature +15ºC.
