System check criteria can be changed by following the procedure below.
Open the [System Configuration] sub-window, select the LCMS system in the [Modules Used for Analysis] area on the right side of the sub-window, and then click [Properties].

The [MS Detector] sub-window is displayed. Click [System Check].

 The [System Check] sub-window is displayed. The consumables check and MS check pass/fail criteria can be changed in this sub-window.

Note: To restore default criteria values, click [Default] in the lower-left area of the sub-window.
