NOTE: When [User Authentication] on the [System Policy] screen is “Enabled,” the following operations are only available to an Administrator or a Main user level user. These operations are not available to User or Guest level users.
1. Press

• Setting the Date/Time
3. Press [Date & Time].
The settings screen appears.
Set the date and time (clock setting).
(1) [Date]: Set this to the current date. Press the input field or
to display a calendar.
(2) [Time]: Set this to the current time. Press the input field to display the number entry screen.
(3) [Date Format]: Set the date format. Select [YYYY / MM / DD], [MM / DD / YYYY], or [DD / MM / YYYY].
“YYYY” represents year, “MM” represents month, and “DD” represents date.
(4) [Apply]: Press this button to confirm the settings.
The set date/time is reflected in the date and time on the status bar displayed at the top of the screen.
(5) [Cancel]: Press this button to discard any changes made to the settings.
• Setting the Screen Brightness and Button Click Sound
3. Press [Screen Setting].
The settings screen appears.
Set the screen brightness and button click sound.
(1) [Auto. Screen Off]: Set the time to wait before automatically turning off the screen display. Select [None] (No automatic turning off), [5 mins], [15 mins], or [30 mins].
To recover screen display after it has turned off, press any part on the screen.
(2) [Brightness]: Set the screen brightness.
(3) [Sounds] Set whether or not to make a click sound when a button on the screen is pressed.
Use the button to switch between Disable and Enable.
(4) [Apply]: Press this button to confirm the settings.
(5) [Cancel]: Press this button to discard any changes made to the settings.
• Setting the Default Comments
You can set standard text options (default comments) when the [Save Comment] setting on the [System Policy] screen is set to “Save Comment.”
3. Press [Default Comment Edit].
The settings screen appears.
Set the standard text that you can select as the reason for change when changing settings (default comments).
(1) Comment list: Comments that are defined are displayed in this list.
NOTE: Up to 16 comments can be registered. The content can be changed, but no comment can be added or deleted.
(2) Cursor movement buttons: Use these buttons to move the selection cursor. The topmost display indicates the “Selected comment number / Total number of comments.”
(3) Edit button: Allows you to edit the selected comment.
(4) [Apply]: Press this button to confirm the settings.
(5) [Cancel]: Press this button to discard any changes made to the settings.
• Setting the System Check
3. Press [System Check].
The settings screen appears.
Set the day of the week and time to run a system check.
(1) [Week of Month]: Set the week, the day of the week and time to run a system check.
(2) [Day of Week]: Set the week to run a system check.
(3) [Time]: Set the time to run a system check. Press the input field to display the number entry screen.
(4) [Apply]: Press this button to confirm the settings.
(5) [Cancel]: Press this button to discard any changes made to the settings.
