(EDX) Unit of "%" in "Easy" analysis

I analyzed a sample in easy analysis mode.
Is the % unit in the analysis results wt%or atom%?
I would like the atom% value. Can this be found?

The unit of the values obtained in easy analysis mode is wt%.
Quantitative values can also be calculated in atom%.
In quantitative mode, this can be set prior to analysis by specifying the desired unit in the analysis group.
In qualitative/quantitative mode, the results can be obtained in atom% by recalculating the data after measurement.
