Solutions to reduce helium consumption

Does GC/GCMS have a standard function to reduce helium gas consumption?

[GC]
Gas consumption can be reduced by using the carrier gas save mode(*1).
In addition, the automatic start and stop function(*1), which is a function of LabSolutions GC and GCsolution, can be used to prevent the waste of helium after the end of continuous analysis.
*1 Compatible models are GC-2030, GC-2014, GC-2025 and GC-2010 series.

Gas consumption can be reduced by using carrier gas save mode(*2) and ecology mode(*3).
In addition, the consumption can be reduced by shutting down the equipment when it is not in use for a few days.
*2 Compatible models are QP 2010 series, QP 2020 series and TQ series.
*3 Compatible models are QP 2020 NX, QP 2020, QP 2010 Ultra, QP 2010 SE, and TQ series.QP2010Plus and QP2010 do not support ecology mode, but the same operation is possible by using the shutdown method.
