1. Open the lid of the cooling water unit.

 

2. Turn the lid on the top of the cooling water tank counterclockwise to open it.

  

 

3. Check that the cooling water level is within the specified range (around 70 % of the container capacity).

4. If the cooling water level is low, add cooling water until the amount reaches the specified range (around 70 % of the container capacity).

5. Close the lid of the cooling water tank, and turn the wing nut CW to fix in place.

 

6. Close the lid of the cooling water unit.

 

CAUTION:

• As the cooling water, ethylene glycol is used. When it is disposed, definitely follow the regulation.
  If the cooling water is disposed inaccurately, it has the potential for pollution on the environmental.

• As the cooling water, ethylene glycol is used. Prevent inhaling it and getting into eyes, mucosal membranes and skins. If it get into your body, wash it away with a large amount of water. Furthermore, if it attaches on your cloths, change into a different cloths immediately.
