Category :

Answer

1. In the main window of pHM-40 Utility, click the (Leak Sensor Calibration) button.

  The [Leak Sensor Calibration] window will be displayed.
  In the window, the current leak sensor level and leak threshold are displayed.

2. Dry the leak sensor (a), and then click the [Calibrate to Zero] button.
  Clicking this will calibrate the leak sensor of the instrument to zero. [Leak Sensor Level (Current)] will become 100.

3. Immerse the leak sensor in water, and then click the [Sensor Level (WET)] button.
  The leak threshold will be calculated.
  The current sensor level will be displayed in [Sensor Level (WET)]. The leak threshold will be calculated and displayed in [Threshold (New)].
  • Leak threshold calculation
    Threshold = (Sensor Level (WET) - 100) × 0.7 + 100

4. Click [Set Threshold].
  Clicking this will send the value in [Threshold (New)] to the instrument.

5. Immerse the leak sensor in water, and then click [Start Check].
  The leak sensor will be checked. A check result, Pass or Fail, will be displayed in [Result].
