(PPSQ) System Shutdown

(PPSQ) System Shutdown
The method used to shut down the system depends on whether the system is being shut down for a short time or a long time.
• Short-Term Shutdown: Performed if the system is not to be used for a short time.
Turn OFF the power with the reagent bottles mounted to the system.
With this method, the system can be started easily when resuming analysis.
• Long-Term Shutdown: Performed if the system is not to be used for a long time.
Clean the system and remove the reagent bottles before turning OFF the power.
The reagents degrade if left unused for a long time at room temperature. Also, leaving the system inactive for a long time with the
reagent bottles mounted may adversely affect the system.
If the system is to be left inactive for a long time, perform the long-term shutdown procedure.
