Answer

« Analysis performance deviates from specification around the lower end of the size range. »
• The ladder size and target fragment size are too far separated from one another.
→Use an optional ladder or user ladder instead.
  Adjust the diluted ladder solution according to the salt concentration of the sample.
 
« The estimated size value is different from the actual size. »
• The sample concentration is too high.
→A high sample concentration can cause a small estimated size value. Dilute the sample.
 
• The nucleic acid in the sample was formed into structures.
→If the nucleic acid in the sample is not linear, the estimated size value may differ from the actual size.
