The [System Check]-[MS Check] function can automatically check or determine the status of MS detectors (mass axis shift, FWHM, or intensity).

HINT: Realtime batch acquisition can be stopped if the [System Check]-[MS Check] process is executed before starting a realtime batch and fails. For more information, refer to Executing a QA/QC and System Check before Acquiring Data, and Stopping a Realtime Batch if the Checks Fail.
