Answer

Data files (.lcd) can be copied to a specified folder during data acquisition or when files are updated. On the [Tools] menu in the [Data Acquisition] window, click [Options] and click the [Auto Copy] tab.
 
To specify when to copy the files, select [after Acquisition] or [after Reprocessing].
Specify the folder at [Copy to] and click [OK].
