After starting the PC, check that the [LabSolutions Service] icon on the desktop taskbar is green.
If the icon is yellow, this means that it has not finished starting yet, so wait a few moments.
If the icon is red, this means that an error has occurred, so the PC must be restarted.
If it remains red even after restarting the PC, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
