With default settings, only characteristic mass labels are shown. The following procedure can be used to prevent hiding some mass labels.
1. In the [Postrun Analysis] program, open the data file in the [MS Data Acquisition] window.
2. Right-click on the mass spectrum and then click [Graph Properties] on the menu.
3. In the [MS Spectrum Properties] sub-window, click the [General] tab, select the [Don't thin out] checkbox, and click [Apply].
4. Check to make sure all mass labels are shown on the spectrum and then click [OK].
