FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

If the data analysis method is specified in the batch table, then data files are analyzed as soon as the realtime batch acquisition is finished.

 

1. To analyze MS data at the same time as realtime batch acquisition, click the arrow button located on the right end of the [Analysis Type] field in the batch table.

  

2. The [Analysis Type] sub-window is displayed.

  

3. Select the checkbox corresponding to the desired type of analysis.
 

HINT: To use Mass-it functionality, select the [MS Integration for Qualitative]-[TIC] checkbox.

HINT: The same setting can be copied to all rows by right-clicking on an existing setting in a [Analysis Type] cell and then clicking [Fill Down].
