The system configuration and the acquisition conditions during data acquisition are stored in a data file, and the system configuration can be checked using the data file.

1. On the [File] menu in the [MS Data Analysis] window in the [Postrun Analysis] program, click [Open Data File] and open the data with the system configuration to check.
 
2. On the [Method] menu, click [Data Acquisition Settings], and click [System Configuration]. The [System Configuration] sub-window opens for the data currently open. The system configuration during data acquisition is displayed. Double-click each of the [Modules Used for Analysis] icons to display the properties sub-window for each instrument.

1. On the [File] menu in the [MS Data Analysis] window, click [Open Data File] and open the data with the acquisition conditions to check.
 
2. On the [Method] menu, click [Data Acquisition Settings], and click [Instrument Parameters]. The [Instrument Parameters] sub-window opens to display the column oven temperature settings and other acquisition conditions. Click the tab for each unit to check the details for the instrument parameters.
 
HINT: The acquisition conditions from the data can be saved as a method file. With the data open, on the [File] menu, click [Save Method File As] to save the acquisition conditions. The default file name at this point is the method file name used during data acquisition.
