Answer

To display an MS spectrum of chromatogram peaks, either click the [Chromatogram View]-[Peak] button or double-click on the chromatogram. MS spectra shown here are shown with background noise eliminated based on spectral processing parameters.

For instructions on changing spectral processing parameter settings, refer to the chapter "Average/Subtraction Processing on Spectra" in the LabSolutions LCMS Instruction Manual–Operator’s Guide.
