Answer

On the [Tools] menu, click [Customization], and click [Toolbar Customization Settings] to show/hide the toolbar or change the size of the icons.
 
Click the buttons to show/hide the assistant bar, Data Explorer, instrument monitor, or output window.
 
The [Tab control] button shows/hides the tabs at the bottom of the window.
 
Click the top left icon to maximize each view.
 
To return to regular size after a view is maximized, click the top left icon again.
