Answer

The display settings for chromatograms and spectra displayed in real time during data acquisition can be changed. Right-click on the chromatogram on the [MS] tab page in the [Data Acquisition] window, and click [Display Settings].
Specify an event number, and specify the m/z value for the chromatogram to display with this event.
In addition, the chromatogram and spectrum display ratio can be changed.
CAUTION: If a setting is added to draw a chromatogram during data acquisition, the additional chromatogram will not show any data prior to this change.
