(LCMS) Automatically Shutting Down the System if No Data is Acquired for a Certain Time after Realtime Batch Acquisition is Finished (Ecology Mode)
Category :

Answer

If the ecology mode is used, the system automatically shuts down if no data was acquired for a certain period after a realtime batch acquisition is finished.

The instrument status after shutdown is determined by the settings in the [Shutdown] tab page. If necessary, change the settings. (To change the settings, click [Apply]. Beware that the shutdown process will be executed immediately after clicking [OK].)
Changes to shutdown settings are applied after LabSolutions restart.

To enable the ecology mode, on the [Tools] menu in the [Data Acquisition] window, click [Options]. Then on the [Ecology Mode] tab page, select the [Enable Ecology Mode] checkbox.
The [Wait Time to Start ShutDown from End Batch Analysis] setting determines the number of minutes of wait time before shutting down the system with no other data acquired after realtime batch acquisition is finished.
