Answer

The procedure for specifying peak integration parameter settings for the Chromatopac peak integration algorithm is described below.
 
The i-PeakFinder peak integration algorithm is recommended if integration is difficult due to multiple chromatogram baselines. Peaks eluted on peak fronts/tails can be easily detected by selecting the [Baseline Type] checkbox and selecting the integration method.
