(LCMS) Starting the Instrument at a Specified Date and Time

Answer

1.  On the [Tools] menu in the [Data Acquisition] window, click [Settings on Start-up].

  

2. Set the desired date/time to start up the instrument. Specify a method file and click [OK] to start up the instrument at the specified date/time based on the specified method file settings.
  

 

HINT: By starting up the instrument in advance, equilibration and temperature-control processes can be completed before the desired data acquisition start time.
