If you cannot solve this problem by checking possible causes and taking appropriate actions described below, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
Cause1: The operation lock is activated.
Action1: Reset the operation lock.
Action1: Reset the operation lock.
Cause2: The program is stopped.
Action2: Follow the procedure below to restart this controller.
1) Press the emergency stop switch and check that the instrument is stopped.
2) Turn off the main power switch on the back of this controller, and turn off the front power switch.
3) Release the emergency stop, turn on the main power switch, and turn on the front power switch.
