Answer

If you cannot solve this problem by checking possible causes and taking appropriate actions described below, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
 
Cause1: The power unit has not started. (Power unit status)
Action1: Start the power unit.
  Click here for "(EHF) Power unit start failure".
 
Cause2: The jog dial is not ready for use. (Jog dial setting key)
Action2: Only the monitor screen can operate the actuator using the jog dial.
