Problem1: Photometric data shows abnormalities
Cause1-1: Bubbles adhering to the cell
Corrective Action1-1: Clean the cell using the same type of solvent. Should bubbles persist, clean the flow cell.

Cause1-2: Soiled cell
Corrective Action1-2: When testing samples that adhere easily, the cell may get soiled during measurement causing prejudice in data. Clean the flow cell.
Problem2: Liquid leaks
Cause2-1: Faulty cell assembly
Corrective Action2-1: The flow cell may not be sealed completely. Reassemble a flow cell.

Cause2-2: Cell chipped
Corrective Action2-2: Do not use a chip ped cell. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
Cause2-3: Faulty sample bath assembly
Corrective Action2-3: Reassemble sample bath.
