Connect tubes. Fix the DRAIN and OVERFLOW tubes on the drain tank by tube clips.

1. Connecting DRAIN, OVERFLOW and SOURCE tubes
  Connect each tube to tube connector on the left side.
  The length of each tube is following.

  • DRAIN: Vinyl tube (for DRAIN): 1m or less

  • OVERFLOW: Vinyl tube (for DRAIN): 1m or less

  • SOURCE: Viton tube(black): 1m or less

  

  CAUTION:

    • Do not bend the tubes
      The sample bath is flooded with the liquid, the fed liquid is in short supply, and the measurement data become incorrect because of bad circulation of sample liquid.

    • Do not keep the DRAIN and OVERFLOW tube higher than the tube connector
      The sample bath is flooded with the liquid.

      

    • Do not dip the tip of DRAIN and OVERFLOW tube. Fix the DRAIN and OVERFLOW tubes on the drain tank by tube clips.
      The sample bath is flooded with the liquid.

      

 

  NOTE: Put the liquid tank within 1m below the Sampler.

      

 

2. Connecting flow cell tube
  Connect flow cell tube to tube connector on the right side of Sampler.
  The length of each tube is following.

  • Viton tube(black): 320mm

  • Fluorine elastmer tube(white): 320mm

  NOTE: If you use fluorine elastmer tube(white), you can not use cell sliding unit.

 

  Connect the tubes to the flow cell, and fix the tubes by tube bands.
  Insert the tubes through the tube holder.
  Connect the tubes to the tube connector of Sampler, and fix the tubes by tube bands.
