1. Remove the screw and flow cell cap.
2. Remove the flow cell seal and the glass of flow cell.
3. Wash the glass of flow cell by the cotton stick attached SALD. Use only water and a neutral detergent, ethanol or acetone.

NOTE:

  • Do not wipe the surface of flow cell strongly. Scratch of the flow cell prevent accurate measurement.
  • Do not dry up the surface of the flow cell with a water drop. It is difficult to remove the adhered particle. If you do not use flow cell for long time, store the glass of flow cell in the pure water, or store it after wash by ethanol or acetone and dry.
  • Do not use ultra sonic washer to wash the glass of flow cell. The glass of flow cell may be bloken.
