Check that no solution sample is leaked from tubes, tube connector and flow cell before and after measurement. Should you spill any liquid sample, wipe it up immediately.

 

NOTE: If spilled solution sample is left in the measuring chamber for a while, it evaporates and fills in the measuring chamber, corroding the internal components and interfering with correct measurement results.

 

CAUTION: Do not spill liquids (such as water or an organic solvent) on the instrument.
  Doing so may result in electrical failure or instrument malfunction.

 

1. Check that tubes are not damaged and connected correctly.

 

2. Fill the sample bath by liquid .Start the circulate pump and check the leakage of liquid.
  NOTE: If liquid is leaked, stop the circulate pump immediately and wipe the leaked liquid.

 

3. Stop the circulate pump, and check that no liquid are leaked form overflow tube and drain tube.
