Before starting to use the analyzer, a hardware check function checks each analyzer function to make sure they all function properly.
The hardware checks process:
• Communication Link Check
• CPU Board Check
• Change Sampling Unit
• Door Sensors Check
• Laser Current Control CheckThis function starts automatically. Just follow the message instructions as they appear on the screen.

 

POINT: After starting WingSALD_II, the hardware check is executed when first switching to the measurement mode or diagnostics and measurement mode.

 

NOTE: An error message is displayed for the corresponding item if a hardware problem is discovered. After confirming the error message, restart WingSALD II and repeat the hardware check process.
