Answer

No message appears even when a measurement value alarm is triggered.
Check the measurement value alarm by pressing  at the top left of the screen.
 
• S1 #### UPPER LIMIT*1: Measurement value has exceeded the alarm upper threshold.
• S1 #### EXT UPPER LIMIT*1: Measurement value has exceeded the extended alarm upper threshold.
• S1 #### LOWER LIMIT*2: Measurement value has exceeded the alarm lower threshold.
• S1 #### EXT LOWER LIMIT*2: Measurement value has exceeded the extended alarm lower threshold.
*1: ####: TOC, COND, or COND (C) is displayed.
*2: ####: RESIST is displayed.

[Clearing Measurement Value Alarms]
1. Press  at the top left of the screen.
  
2. Select the [Meas. Value Alarm] tab.
  
3. Select the measurement value alarm you want to clear and press [Clear].
