Answer

• There is a problem with the pump. → Replace the pump diaphragm or replace the pump completely. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
• There is a flow lag in the flow meter. → Disassemble and clean the flow meter. Contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
• Gas is leaking inside the analyzer. → Check the leak in the piping. Click here for "Gas leak checking (CGT-7100)".
• Drain has entered the mist absorber. → Replace the mist absorbent. Click here for "Maintenance (Replacement of consumables)".
