(GAS) Response is slow when performing span calibration of O2 sensor. Indications are unstable. (NOA-7100)

Answer

• Any leakage from the standard gas inlet? → Attach a hose clamp to the standard gas inlet to prevent leakage.
• Any leakage from the piping inside the instrument ?
If not resolved, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
