Has temperature of ozone deactivator risen. (The ozone deactivator is normal if it is warm to the touch.)
NOTE: It is dangerous if the ozone deactivator is not replaced for a year or longer because highly concentrated ozone gas is exhausted from the exhaust ou tlet of the instrument. Replace the ozone deactivator once a year. And set the exhaust discharge area outdoor without applying any pressure to the exhaust outlet.
