FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

NOTE: If the filter's integrated coupling (one-touch joint) is opened while the mains water supply valve is open, the mains water will gush out, so be sure to turn shut off the mains water supply valve before starting the work.
  The water in the hose will flow out when the filter case is opened, so this should be done in a sink, for example.

 

1) Close the main valve for the mains water supply.
2) Open the [Instrument Control] window in ICPEsolution, and set the [Coolant Water Valve] to [ON].
  This will release the residual pressure in the piping.
3) Open the filter's integrated coupling and loosen the filter to remove it, then clean it with a brush or similar implement.
4) Return the filter to the coupling integrated with the filter and reconnect it.

  NOTE: Check that the filter case is securely connected.
5) Open the main valve for the mains water supply.
6) In the [Instrument Control] window, set the [Coolant Water Valve] to [OFF], and click [Apply].
7) Check that there are no water leaks.
8) Close the main valve for the mains water supply.
