AOCm syringe error[Error Code:6002 6024]

The following causes are possible.
• Needle is bent.
• The syringe motor or sensor has a problem.

Answer

[In case of AOC-30i]
• Check that the auto injector is mounted correctly and not at an angle.
• Replace the syringe.
If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
 
[In case of AOC-20i]
• Replace the syringe.
If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
