AOC2 transmission error[Error Code:4012]

Communication with AOC failed or an error occurred during communication. These errors are issued not only when a communication failure or device malfunction occurs, but when the cable is unplugged while energized.

Answer

Turn off the AOC power, reconnect the cable, and turn on the AOC again. If the error appears even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
