DET#1 2 3 4 FPD cooling fan error [Error Code:4121 4122 4123 4124]

FPD cooling fan has a problem.

Answer

Turn off the main power of the instrument and check the installation status of the cooling fan.
If it is installed correctly, the hardware fails. 
Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
