SCD furnace temperature sensor is down [Error Code:6101]

The temperature sensor of the furnace is down and measurement cannot be conducted.

Answer

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
