(EDX) High-concentration "Sn" aqueous solution analysis

I wanted to analyze a high concentration aqueous Sn solution, and I created calibration curves with concentrations of 0% to 10 %. In the high concentration region, changes in intensity decreased, and the variance in quantitative values increased. Why is this?
How can I proceed with the analysis?

Answer

When measuring high-concentration aqueous solutionswith fluorescent X-rays, the fluorescent X-ray intensity may fail to risedue to the self-absorption phenomenon, even if the content increases.
Countermeasures in this case are to dilute the aqueous solution or to change the analysis line.
